| Bedrooms. | This apartment has three bedrooms with two single beds in each. It comfortably sleeps six people.Each bedroom has quality Oak furniture and contains a wardrobe a dressing table and bed side cabinates. |
| Bathroom. | This apartment has two bathrooms. The main bathroom has a bath/shower, a toilet and a hand basin. The second bathroom has a shower a toilet and a hand basin. Giving up to six occupants plenty of toilet facilities. |
| Kitchen. | The kitchen has an upright fridge / freezer with plenty of storage room for up to six occupants needs. It also has an electric cooker (oven and hob) along with an extractor fan and of course a sink. There are cooking utensils and cutlery. |
| Dining. | The dining table with six chairs is within the kitchen area and is a quality oak wooden set. |
| Living room. | This area has a settee and three chairs with a patio door leading to a spacious balcony. |
| Balcony. | There are three balcony's, one from the lounge area, the second from a bedroom and the third from another bedroom. These are not small balcony's they give plenty of room are a beautiful place to sit of an evening. |
| Heating / Cooling. | Every room has air conditioning which helps those who can not sleep if it gets to hot for them. |
| Laundry. | Bed linen and towels are changed on a weekly basis. |
| Outside. | There is parking for your vehicle but it is limited. There is an out side eating area which is undercover and has seating for up to eight people along with a traditional style Greek oven. This can be used to cook (like a barbeque) anything from a sausage to a whole Lamb. |
| Suitability. | This an upstairs apartment and there is no lift. If you have children and require a baby bed and / or a high chair one is available on request. |
| Check In / Out | Usual time for Check In and Out is 11:00am but this can be flexable if your flight times are the early hours of the morning. |

We stayed in this apartment for two weeks, only wishing to have booked three. The little beach to the left was absolutely fantastic. It was secluded and great for snorkeling.The Bedingfield family from Manchester.

We have stayed in different apartments across the island of corfu. But what a surprise when we entered this one - Wow ! Also it has cutlery and pots and pans. You would not believe the number of places that have cooking facilities but nothing to cook or eat your food with. The nature reserve ten minutes walk away was a beautiful place to see and been a keen photographer I have many pictures of the wild life and some stunning landscape scenes. See you next year. We have been to Corfu a few time now and really will be looking forward to our next years holiday. What a nice place and apartment. It had plenty of room for us as a family there is no traffic and no mopeds ! The Tavernas are great to and cater for families. Beaches, all three of them were great for the kids and safe. Also had a look around Old Perithia and that was interesting. Acharavi is bit of a distance but getting a bus was not to difficult, well bit of an adventure. Would advise to get a taxi though. If you are traveling to us by green bus which is the local public transport from Corfu Town or by Taxi (we will inform you of the cost and we can also arrange the transfer for you.) Or by your own vehicle :
Taking the main road from Kassiopi look for the signs to Acharavi. Heading North from Acharavi about 5 km there are two signs for Agios Spiridon. So if you miss the first then you can use the second one. Careful though these signs are small and the road is quite busy and the traffic a little faster than other roads. The turning is on the left (the coastal side of the road). Follow this much smaller road which is nearly a single track but is tarmac. This road leads to the two beaches of Spiridon, here there is a supermarket and a taverna, turn right and follow this road past a swimming pool on your left the road then bends to the right 50 meters later is our villa on your right. There is private parking for you.
